Why did you go keyless? And why is technology innovation important for your site?
I decided to add the keyless feature one for COVID as it added an additional layer of safety and secondly because of the ease of access. Most travelers lose at least two or more keys depending on their length of stay and having this feature added to your phone which you are less likely to lose was amazing.
Why did you select FLEXIPASS as your keyless mobile access solution provided?
For their ease of access, now adays functionality is key, the simpler the better. It was very straightforward; everything was right on the screen.
How was the integration work with your PMS provider and guest communication software?
We had switched over from Opera to Skytouch in March of 2020 and added FLEXIPASS at the same time, integration was very smooth and we later added Akia which is also integrated with FLEXIPASS.
What do guest say when using FLEXIPASS?
Very easy to use, we just open the app, touch and go!
